Efficacy Of Homeopathic Medicines As An Add On Therapy In Reducing The Intensity Of Autistic Features In Children Suffering From Autism Spectrum Disorder; A Case Series
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder of behavior that presents in childhood. It is a clinically heterogeneous disorder of behavior, characterized by two features - (1) impairment in social communication and interaction and (2) repetitive patterns of behavior. The diagnosis is essentially clinical and is based primarily on history-taking and observation of the child over a period. There are several standardized screening tools and scales available to help make a diagnosis. Children with autism often present with speech delay and this has to be distinguished from other conditions. ASD is often associated with comorbid conditions which have to be identified to tailor the treatment program for each child. It is important that the parents or caretakers of the child are involved in the process of assessment and diagnosis and that their misconceptions and fears are addressed.
Miasmatic expression in Leucorrhoea
Leucorrhea is a thick whitish, yellowish or greenish discharge from the vagina of the female that may be normal or that may be a sign of infection. It is mucus discharge which represents desquamation of vaginal epithelial cell because of the effects of the Estrogen on the vaginal mucosa. It is important to distinguish leucorrhoea from pathological discharge. A study aimed to the females presenting leucorrhoea is more likely to be normal or infectious. Homoeopathy has a significant role in treatment of leucorrhoea.

Review of literature of Role of Homoeopathy In Insomnia
Insomnia is a prevalent sleep disorder characterized by difficulty in initiating or maintaining sleep, leading to fatigue, reduced productivity, and negative health outcomes. Conventional management includes short-term hypnotics, psychological, and behavioral therapies, yet many cases remain untreated or self-managed with over-the-counter medications. Homoeopathy, with its individualized and holistic approach, has been explored as an alternative therapy. Historical accounts, such as Dr. Kent’s conversion to homoeopathy following his wife’s recovery from sleeplessness, highlight its perceived efficacy. Although literature documents various homoeopathic remedies—such as Aconite, Belladonna, Coffea cruda, Nux vomica, Opium, Avena sativa, Kali bromatum, and Passiflora incarnata—clinical trials remain limited. Remedies are prescribed based on specific etiologies including anxiety, stress, pain, cardiac or respiratory conditions, old age, substance use, and neurological disorders. Homoeopathy emphasizes individualized treatment, aiming to restore natural sleep without dependency. This review underscores the potential role of homoeopathy in insomnia management while noting the need for more rigorous clinical evidence.

Analytical study of number of females of reproductive age group suffering with menstrual disorder in a given community.
Menstrual disorders are a common health concern among females of reproductive age and may significantly affect physical, psychological, and social well-being. A community-based analytical survey was conducted on 24 November 2022 in Hanuman Nagar to collect statistical data on the prevalence of menstrual disorders and to create awareness regarding menstrual hygiene. The survey was organized by the Department of Community Medicine of Motiwala (National) Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital. Fourth-year BHMS students participated in the survey and collected data using a structured questionnaire through a Google Form after obtaining informed consent from participants. The survey included females from pubertal age to postmenopausal groups and involved general examination, data recording, and awareness sessions on menstrual health and hygiene practices. Participants were educated about menstrual cycle phases, appropriate care during menstruation, and proper disposal of sanitary products. The results indicated that the majority of women had regular menstrual cycles, while a smaller proportion reported irregular cycles. Most women used sanitary pads, though some relied on reusable cloth. Findings also highlighted the prevalence of symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, and irritability during menstruation. The study emphasizes the importance of community awareness, hygiene education, and early identification of menstrual disorders to prevent complications and promote reproductive health among women.
