Aim of this study is to find out the effect of homoeopathic medicine in the post vaccination syndrome in pediatrics age group. Vaccine causes the adverse effect of vaccination so, to knowing all this thing, the primary objective of this study is to find out the effect of homoeopathic medicine in the post vaccination syndrome. Secondary objective for this study is to find out the specific group of homoeopathic medicine which acts on the post vaccination syndrome. Methods – Simple randomized sampling method with 30 cases in which patients were enrolled till the target was achieved. The patients were selected on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Patient was considered on the basis of clinical presentation. Prescription of each case was based on the Individualized prescription. Outcome was assessed to measure the reduction in the intensity of the sign and symptoms. Result -All 30 cases were studied after administration of homoeopathic remedy in post vaccination syndrome. Out of 30 cases 27 cases showed improved and 3 cases showed not improved. Study of post vaccination syndrome seen after administration of following vaccines 7 MMR vaccine, 5 Pentavalent vaccine, 8 DPT & OPV vaccine, 4 Hepatitis B vaccine, 2 Typhoid vaccine, 2 JE & Vitamin A vaccine, 1 VAR, 1 IPV vaccine cases. No any specific group of homoeopathic medicine were observed but in this study ThujaOccidentalis, Sulphur, Silicea, and Antim tart were frequently prescribed medicine. The utility of causation in homoeopathy

with Priyanka Shirsath
4/6/2026
pp. 8

We are quite familiar with the prescription on the basis of Causation. Although, this kind of prescription is strongly supported by a number of cases successfully treated so far, we should not be blind in considering causation. It should be noted that, in some cases, the causation could either be a coincidence or a misconception. Hence always weigh its credibility before you consider. Introduction: Among various systems of medicine, Homoeopathy gives great importance to causation. Causation is one of the elements of symptoms, which when strong and genuine, is of much benefit in the remedial diagnosis, and so far we have come across several successful cures made by remedies selected on this basis. In the field of medicine, the word “Cause” has been used since ages. Physicians knew that there can not be diseases without a cause. Every great discovery and achievements are the result of the curiosity behind the question ‘’WHY’’? [The Cause]. “No smoke could be there without fire” is an old proverb. Among the physicians of orthodox system, the concept of “Tolle causam” (remove the cause) was prevalent. They believed that by removing the cause of a disease, it could be cured. But later they made the mistake by proposing that bacteria are the only cause behind diseases and by removing the bacteria a cure could be attained. But homoeopathy goes further and propagates that there is a cause in the dynamic level that comes to activity much before the invasion of microbes. This dynamic cause should be removed to cure a patient. As per the concept of homoeopathy, thecause behind every disease is derangement of the vital force by the dynamic noxious influences called miasms. This is the real cause that flows into effect in the form of sickness. Hence, tolle causam can be related with both orthodox medicine and homoeopathy, but for the former it is about removing the material cause and for the latter it is the removal of a dynamic cause.

with Dr. Ravind Yadav
4/6/2026
pp. 13

Causation plays a major role behind every disease. The cause and its corresponding effect combine with the individuality of the patient helps to form the totality. The Aim and objectiveswas to study the utility of rubric “Ailments from” using Synthesis Repertory 10.0 (RADAR) and its application in Homoeopathic case management, to study the rubrics and sub- rubrics of “Ailments from” through cases with Synthesis Repertory 10.0 and to classify the rubric “Ailments from” in terms of symptomatology. In this study synthesis repertory is used by applying the knowledge of reportorial totality and using the Ailment factor of the illness for treating the case to make the prescription in Homeopathy more substantial. Theneedforthis studywas tofacilitate aclear understandingand importanceof therubric“Ailments from” in clinical practice. Methods: Simple random technique of sampling with 30 cases in which the patient was enrolled till the target of 30 cases was achieved. The cases were selected onbasis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. All cases were taken as per the case record format prepared for the study. Cases was collected from the CollegeOPD, Guide OPD, Peripheral OPD. Constructing the totality of symptoms andrepertorization was done for each case by using RADAR Synthesis repertory 10.0. Prescription of each case was based on the rubric “Ailments from” of the individual case. Changes in symptoms and clinical presentation were the parameters for assessing cases as marked improvement, improving and not improved. Results: Out of 30 cases, 21 cases showed marked improvement, 8 cases were improving and 1 case was not improved. Conclusion: This study provides evidence to say that the rubric “Ailments from” from RADAR Synthesis repertory 10.0 is useful as a characteristic symptom in homoeopathic case management.

“Homoeopathic management of polycystic ovarian disease: A Case Series study.”

with Dr. Dhanashree S. Kulkarni
4/6/2026
pp. 4

Polycystic ovarian diseases affect approximately 5-7% of women especially in the young reproductive period (second and third decade of life). The studies of family members with PCOS indicate that an autosomal dominant mode of inheritance with premature male pattern baldness as the male phenotype may exist. Major features of PCOD include menstrual dysfunction, anovulation, and signs of hyperandrogenism. Although the exact etiology is not clear, PCOD is an abnormality of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system. A characteristic of the syndrome is inappropriate gonadotropin secretion, which is more likely a result of, rather than a cause of, ovarian dysfunction. Clinically all types of menstrual irregularity, Obesity, Skin manifestations, Unusual hair growth & Infertility and PCOD affects premenopausal women, and the age of onset most often is perimenarchal.
