Cold-related illnesses pose significant health challenges, particularly affecting the respiratory, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal systems. Exposure to cold leads to bronchoconstriction, vasoconstriction, and immune suppression, increasing susceptibility to respiratory infections, cardiovascular diseases, and rheumatic conditions. Conventional treatments provide symptomatic relief, whereas homeopathy offers a holistic approach, addressing both the exciting cause (cold exposure) and constitutional susceptibility of individuals. This systematic review explores the pathophysiology of cold-related illnesses, their classification under the International Classification of Diseases (ICD), and homeopathic therapeutic strategies. Key remedies such as Aconitum Napellus, Rhus Toxicodendron, Dulcamara, and Gelsemium are frequently indicated based on repertorial data. The review also highlights the role of exciting causes in homeopathic case-taking, repertorial rubrics related to cold exposure, and Materia Medica references. Despite its clinical application, homeopathic treatment of cold-related illnesses lacks large-scale, systematic validation. Most studies are case-based rather than randomized controlled trials (RCTs), underscoring the need for standardized trials with well-defined protocols. Future research should focus on RCTs comparing homeopathy with conventional treatments, developing clinical guidelines, and investigating the molecular mechanisms of homeopathic dilutions in cold-induced conditions. This study aims to contribute to evidence-based homeopathic practice for managing cold-related illnesses.

Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is a prevalent condition among women aged 40 to 80 years, significantly impacting their quality of life. Despite available conventional treatments, interest persists in alternative therapies like Homeopathy. This case series investigates the efficacy of Homeopathic interventions in managing SUI. Through consecutive sampling, with a total of 45 patients with clinically diagnosed SUI were recruited. Additionally,the study aimed to identify the most commonly prescribed remedy for this condition. Homeopathic medicines were administered based on symptom similarity. The Questionnaire for urine incontinence diagnosis (QUID) scale was used for diagnosis whereas Symptom Severity Score (SSS) Scale was utilized to evaluate the severity of SUI Before and after treatment. Thorough homeopathic consultations and personalized prescriptions led to significant reductions in SUI severity post-treatment, with mean score of SSS decreased from 7.8 before treatment to 5.3 after treatment. The findings of this study indicate that homeopathic medicines significantly help in controlling the cases of SUI.

Tinea infections, caused by dermatophytes, affect the skin, hair, and nails, leading to various clinical manifestations like itching, scaling, and inflammation. This review explores the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnostic methods, and treatment options for tinea infections, with a focus on Tinea corporis, the most common form. The pathogenesis involves the invasion of the epidermis by dermatophytes, triggering an inflammatory immune response, with factors such as host immunity and environmental conditions influencing disease progression. The review also highlights the different types of tinea infections, their clinical presentation, and the factors increasing their prevalence, particularly in tropical regions. Diagnosis is mainly clinical, supported by dermoscopy, microscopic examination, and fungal culture. Standard treatments include topical and systemic antifungal therapies, though resistance and treatment failures remain challenges. Additionally, the review examines the potential role of homoeopathic remedies in managing tinea infections, offering individualized treatment options based on patient symptoms and constitutional characteristics. This comprehensive analysis provides insights into both conventional and alternative approaches to managing dermatophyte infections effectively.

Background: Neck pain ranks among the leading causes of disability globally, particularly affecting young adults. Neck pain ranks 4th in disability causes, affecting 6-20% of the workforce with a 50% lifetime prevalence. Annual rates vary from 15% to 50%, peaking in middle-aged females. GBD Study data shows a 21% increase in pain lasting over 3 months from 2006 to 2016. Despite its significant burden, research efforts remain limited, with only 0.12 trials per million disability-adjusted life years and a total of 30 million globally. Its nonspecific form, often multifactorial in origin, diminishes quality of life, productivity, and socioeconomic status. Effective management strategies, including drugs, surgery, and conservative therapies, remain pivotal, yet the optimal approach is uncertain. Yoga, a burgeoning complementary therapy, shows promise in alleviating musculoskeletal pain, though its specific impact on chronic non-specific neck pain remains underexplored. Homeopathy, known for its individualized approach, offers potential relief for neck pain, yet its efficacy in chronic non-specific cases warrants investigation. A comparative study is thus imperative to discern optimal treatment modalities.

Background: An impairment of memory manifested by a reduced ability to remember things such as dates and names, and increased forgetfulness. Memory loss can be caused by many things such as medications, alcohol, tobacco, smoking, depression and stress , nutritional deficiency, cancer treatments, injuries to brain, many pathological conditions (like tumor, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, dementia etc.) , psychological diseases , etc. To bridge the gap in knowledge regarding homeopathic approach to cognitive enhancement, paving the way for more comprehensive and personalized treatment in the field of memory health. Aim and Objective: Primary Objective: To study the effectiveness of indicated homoeopathic medicines in improving memory in the people with memory complaints. Secondary Objective-To study the frequently prescribed medicines in the cases of memory complaints. Material and methods: The patients were included in the study on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria and on the assessment of MCS. Total 45 patients selected from Motiwala national homoeopathic medical College and hospital OPD and peripheral camps. The patients who were selected underwent detailed case recording and case processing as per the format of our study. Further regular six follows were taken at a regular interval. In the last follow up again the MCS score was taken to assess the outcome of the study either changes. After that result was drawn with the help of statistical analysis. Result: Total 46 patients were assessed we found 40 (88.8%) cases were improved and 5 (11.11%) cases were not improved. As per consideration of people with memory complaints we have concluded that homeopathic indicated medicines are effective in treatment of memory complaints. Significant difference (t- 0.05 = 2.02, < t = 5.49) using paired t-test. Was observed at the end of study. Natrum muriaticum, Phosphorus, Lycopodium clavatum, Sulphur, Calcarea carbonicum were found to be the most useful medicine in treating memory complaints.

Dental caries is a prevalent chronic condition globally, impacting individuals of all ages, with children being particularly susceptible. It arises from bacterial fermentation of dietary sugars, leading to acid production that gradually erodes tooth enamel, dentin, and cementum, eventually causing cavities and tooth decay. The prevalence of dental caries varies across countries due to differences in oral healthcare programs, lifestyles, and socioeconomic status. Dental caries not only affects oral health but also poses significant challenges to overall well-being, including difficulties in eating, sleeping, and school attendance.

This research aimed to explore the impact of indicated Homoeopathic medicines and also Jaborandi mother tincture in the treatment of hyperhidrosis. Research conducted at OPD of Motiwala (national) Homoeoathic medical college and hospital of a six-month duration. The included age group of 18 to 40 years. Sample size of 30 patient divided into 2 group of control and experimental group. Experimental group received the Jaborandi mother tincture and control group received the individualised Homoeoathic medicines, their data were collected by case records format and perspiration score were measure by visual score. Pre and post score were measured. And by statistical analysis result were concluded. 100% patient showed improvement who received individualised Homoeoathic medicines .Aim and Objectives: This research aimed to explore the impact of indicated Homoeopathic medicines and also Jaborandi mother tincture in the treatment of hyperhidrosis and to compare their result. Materials and Methods: This research adopts a Comparative study design conducted at OPD of Motiwala (national) Homoeoathic medical college and hospital of a six-month period. The selection of study subjects follows specific eligibility criteria, including an age group of 18 to 40 years, and obtaining written consent. Exclusion criteria encompass pregnant and lactating females , known cases of systemic diseases. Perspiration score measured by visual scale a sample size of 30 patient. Visual scale is employed for measurement and Data management involves the format of case record format. 30 sample size divide into control and experimental group. Experimental group received the Jaborandi mother tincture and Control group received the individualised Homoeoathic medicine. Statistical analysis is planned using unpaired t test and Microsoft excelPositive and negative assessments are made based on score improvements or lack thereof. Graphical presentation and statistical evaluation will contribute to the conclusion drawn from this comprehensive research .Results: According to statistical analysis the Calculated value of t is 3.125 and Table t value is 2.15. Hence calculated t value is greater than table t value. 73% patient showed improvement out of 15 Patient who received jaborandi mother tincture , and 100% patient improved who received individualised Homoeoathic medicines. Conclusion: Since calculated t value is greater than table t value null hypothesis is rejected thus jaborandi mother tincture is as effective as individualised homoeopathic medicine in treatment of hyperhidrosis in the age group of 18 to 40 years.

Menorrhagia comes under Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB). AUB means any deviation in normal uterine cycle refers to abnormally heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding that exceeds the typical flow more than 80ml and duration. It can lead to severe discomfort, disruption of daily activities. Rationale of study: Menorrhagia is one of the major / main cause why women of different age group attend gynecological consultant. It affects women living in developed as well as developing countries. It is not only life threatening but also have huge effect on personal, social ,family and work life of women and reduce quality of life .So here it is attempt to study effectiveness of Cynodon dactylon in treating menorrhagia along with homoeopathic indicated remedy. Aim: To study the difference in effectiveness of Cynodon dactylon mother tincture along with homoeopathic indicated medicine and homoeopathic indicated medicine alone in cases of menorrhagia in the age group of 15 – 55 years. Objective : Primary objective – To compare effectiveness of Cynodon dact. Mother tincture along with homoeopathic indicated medicine and homoeopathic indicated medicine alone in cases of female suffering from complaints of menorrhagia in the age group of 15 – 55 years . Secondary objective –Improve quality life of female of age group of 15- 55 years suffering from complaint of menorrhagia. Material and methods : 46 patients enrolled in the study with the help of menorrhagia assessment scale and clinical diagnosis. Detailed case taking of 2 groups were done. Group 1- received Cynodon mother tincture along with homoeopathic indicated medicine and Group 2 - received homoeopathic indicated remedy alone . Quality of life scale was also used before the commencement of treatment . 6 follow ups where taken after medication again menorrhagia assessment scale score was obtained along with quality of life scale. Result : There is difference in effectiveness of Homoeopathic medicine Cynodon dactylon Mother tincture along with homoeopathic indicated medicine and homoeopathic indicated medicine alone in reducing the complaint of menorrhagia in female in age group of 15 to 55 years. After studying 23 cases of Group A i.e. Cynodon mother tincture with homoeopathic indicated medicine- 19 cases are improved and 4 cases are not improved. After Studying 23 case of group B i.e. Homoeopathic indicated medicine- 18 cases are improved and 5 cases are not improved. Conclusion : According to the study, we conclude that Homoeopathic medicine Cynodon dactylon mother tincture along with homoeopathic indicated medicine is more effective than homoeopathic indicated medicine alonein treatment of menorrhagia.

The aim of this study was to observe efficacy of homoeopathic medicines in cases of hydatid cyst in liver. Hydatid cysts are fluid-filled sacs caused by the Echinococcus granulosus tapeworm, predominantly affecting the liver. Conventional treatment typically involves surgical intervention and antiparasitic medications; however, challenges such as recurrence and patient tolerance necessitate exploration of alternative therapies. Homeopathy offers a personalized approach that may address the psychosomatic aspects of disease, enhance patient comfort, and promote overall well-being. A case of hydatid cyst in liver was reported in our clinic. Patient complained about giddiness and fear in the beginning. After CT scan he was diagnosed with Hydatid cyst in liver. He complained about pain in right hypogastrium region with aggravation from bending double and pressure. Patient is under homoeopathic treatment and is showing improvement.

ReminiEssence 2025 was a two day alumni reunion organized by Motiwala National Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Nashik, to celebrate the legacy and achievements of its graduates. A special segment titled “Down the Memory Lane” showcased videos and nostalgic moments from different alumni batches, strengthening emotional connections among participants. The event also included Republic Day celebrations, cultural programs, and an academic lecture on modern perspectives in homoeopathic practice. Various recreational activities such as group interactions, bonfire sessions, and Garba celebrations contributed to the festive atmosphere. The successful organization of the event reflected the dedication of faculty members, student volunteers, and the organizing committee. Overall, ReminiEssence 2025 highlighted the importance of alumni engagement in strengthening institutional identity, promoting professional networking, and preserving the heritage of homoeopathic education.
