Background: This study investigates the combined efficacy of individualized homoeopathic medicines and yogasanas as a holistic approach to alleviate PMS symptoms in females aged 14-40 years. Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic treatment combined with auxiliary therapies in managing premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms in women aged 14-40 years in Nashik, Maharashtra. Objectives: To assess the impact of individualized homoeopathic remedies and complementary auxiliary treatments (likely yogasanas) on the severity and frequency of PMS symptoms.
