        <p>Bowel Nosodes has been invented since 1920 ,they are less used by Homoeopathic Practitioners due to 
limited studies,so this a small attempt to observe and study the efficacy of  Bowel Nosode in Chronic diseases. 
Objective: 1.To identify the utility of Bowel Nosode in Treatment of Chronic Diseases. 2.To identify the commonly 
prescribed Bowel Nosode Methods: The Case series includes study includes 15 cases of chronic disease, of which all 
cases were administered the Bowel  Nosode selected on the basis of totality of symptoms . Convenience Sampling  was 
done. Results: Out of 15 cases 3 cases are improving, 3 cases are not improving and 9 cases are improved. 
Conclusion: Administration of Bowel Nosodes based on totality of symptoms is found to be useful.</p>
