      <abstract>
        <p>Breast pathology represents an important public health concern in women’s health, requiring early detection and awareness to reduce complications. A community based breast pathology survey and medical camp was conducted on 2 September 2023 in Dhruv Nagar, Satpur, under the coordination of the Departments of Community Medicine, Repertory and Case Taking, and Surgery of Motiwala (National) Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital. The program aimed to screen women for pathological conditions of the breast, create awareness regarding breast health, and educate participants about self breast examination (SBE). Prior to the survey, IV BHMS students received training and demonstration on SBE techniques. A structured questionnaire and screening process were used during the camp. A total of 327 women from different age groups participated in the screening program. The survey included breast examination, awareness sessions, and educational discussions about risk factors and the importance of regular checkups. Several early breast abnormalities were identified during screening, and participants with suspicious findings were referred for further evaluation and treatment at the hospital. The awareness campaign significantly improved knowledge about breast health and self examination among participants and students. The initiative highlights the importance of community outreach programs in promoting early detection and preventive health practices.</p>
